Terms & Conditions – MedTech Dive
Submit your question via the MedTech Dive – Question form by 31 December 2021 and be in with an opportunity to have a 30-minute virtual chat with Laurie Clarke, TSG’s Vice President and Principal, Medical Device Regulatory. Entrants must include their full contact details (first and last name, company, job title, telephone number and email address), along with their detailed question. The question must be related to US FDA medical device regulations. Five questions will be selected after the closing date, and the individuals posing the questions will be contacted by email by 21 January 2022 to arrange a 30-minute virtual meeting with Laurie Clarke. The decision of Technology Sciences Group Inc (TSG) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We will attempt to contact the five individuals by email to schedule the virtual meetings up to two times; if the individuals selected do not respond to the emails within 14 days of the second email, they will lose the right to discussing their question in a 30-minute virtual meeting, and TSG reserves the right to choose and notify another individual.
By submitting a question, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any questions received after the closing date will be discounted. TSG will not accept entries that are (i) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (ii) automatically generated by computer; (iii) completed by third parties or in bulk; or (iv) incomplete. TSG accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, mislaid, delayed in transit, submitted incomplete or cannot be submitted, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
In so far as is permitted by law, TSG accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the MedTech Dive – Question draw (“draw”) or accepting the 30-minute virtual chat. TSG further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in connection with the draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of TSG for death, personal injury or fraudulent representation as a result of its negligence. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions TSG may at our sole discretion reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the draw.
By submitting your question and details, you agree to TSG holding the personal data you've supplied for the purpose of processing the draw as well to receive occasional news, insight articles and invitations to webinars/events. For information about how we handle your data, please read our privacy policy. All entrants may have their details removed from TSG’s database by contacting [email protected]. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the draw, entrants will however forfeit their right to the 30-minute virtual meeting.
TSG reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
