TSGE Statement on Brexit
The UK’s decision to leave the EU will naturally raise concerns and questions. TSGE would like to reassure all of its stakeholders that Brexit will not impact adversely on the services it provides.
Whilst we are now entering a period of change, it is important to recognise that the process is by no means immediate. The exit referendum has not automatically triggered the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. This will start when the UK Government formally invokes Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, setting in motion a two year negotiated withdrawal. It may well take longer. Our position as a consultant and the UK competent authorities’ position will not change in the immediate future.
It is also important to stress that our standing as a consultant on European regulatory affairs is unaffected. We are highly experienced, offer a high quality and cost-effective service. This will not change and we will continue to be competitive in our market.
Crucially, TSGE Consulting is a pan-European company with offices in eight EU member states. Our pan-European structure, unmatched in the regulatory consulting business, will continue to serve all our Clients best interests. We, therefore, remain very much at the heart of the EU. Our geographic position will enable us to continue serving our Clients in the long-term.
Rest assured that we are keeping a close eye on events and we will be regularly consulting our professional advisors. We will react and adapt as necessary to ensure that TSGE remains a leader in European consulting. Our business objective is unchanged; to be a growing and sustainable European company.
