TSG welcomes Milady “Millie” Brutofsky & Perri Moeller to the team
We are pleased to share that Milady “Millie” Brutofsky, Principal Scientific Consultant, Microbiology, and Perri Moeller, Regulatory Consultant have joined TSG’s Federal Services Team.
About Millie
Millie joins TSG with over 22 years of experience as a microbiologist for the antimicrobial industry in addition to 10 years spent as a clinical microbiologist. Throughout her career, Millie has worked on various methods and protocols including the Legionella Protocol, the Quantitative Method, AOAC Use Dilution Collaboration for P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, and Salmonella enterica, Quantitative Evaluation of Antimicrobial Towelettes (QTM), and the Clostridioides difficile sporicidal test method.
Millie specializes in antimicrobial and preservation testing, virology test methods and testing, preparation and development of efficacy data for EPA registration submission, and microbiology method development and improvement. Millie shared with us that she is “excited to begin helping clients with their microbiology challenges.”
In addition to her extensive knowledge and experience, Millie is actively involved in HCPA’s Antimicrobial Division Board, Preservation Stewardship Taskforce and Antimicrobial Efficacy Group, the American Chemistry Council’s Center for Biocide Chemistries (CBC), and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E35-15 Committee.
About Perri
Before joining TSG, Perri worked at the US EPA in the registration of FIFRA products. She worked with industry stakeholders in shepherding submission packages through the EPA registration process. While at the Agency she focused her efforts on List-N Registrations for Covid. Additionally, Perri worked on the joint OPPT and OPP Design for the Environment (DfE) program rebranding campaign in connection with SaferChoice. She is excited to be supporting TSG’s sustainability efforts and growing this part of the practice.
“I am most looking forward to the creativity and critical problem solving needed to help my clients navigate complex federal regulations,” Perri shared. “I get so excited at the grocery store when I see my clients’ products on the shelves that sometimes I forget to buy my yogurt!”
Perri has her Bachelor of Arts in Marine Affairs and Policy and Ecosystem Science and Policy from the University of Miami. She is currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Maryland.
