Kelly Rahn Promoted to VP of State Affairs

TSG Consulting is pleased to announce that Kelly Rahn, formerly one of TSG's Senior Regulatory Consultants, has been promoted to serve as our new Vice President of State Affairs and Head of TSG California.

Kelly joined TSG in March 2017 and has proved herself an invaluable leader and colleague. With more than 30 years of experience in pesticide compliance at the US state and federal level, Kelly uses her background in chemistry and wealth of industry knowledge to navigate the regulatory challenges associated with registering new active ingredients with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California's Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR). This experience also leaves her well suited for the defense of older, complex chemistries, especially those undergoing EPA's Registration Review and DPR’s Special Review processes, and able support compliance across all major market sectors including agrochemical, consumer, structural pest control, and industrial/institutional.

With Kelly’s promotion, TSG's State Affairs practice continues to grow to support the development, registration, renewal, and ongoing compliance for state-regulated products including:

• Fertilizers
• Amending Materials
• Animal Feed

Our scientific and regulatory experts develop and amend product labels, review ingredients, assess tolerances, prepare data waiver rationales, submit registration applications, and assist with tonnage reporting.
