Richard and Taylor contribute to the massive undertaking that is pesticide, fertilizer, and feed renewals and tonnage reporting. On paper, the work they do may seem rather straightforward, but their reality is quite the opposite. “Renewals is the broadest scope of what we do, but there is so much background knowledge that goes into it,” shares Taylor. “No day is the same and there is almost always a problem to solve.”
After working in this industry for over 13 years, Richard will be the first to tell you keeping track of all 50 state agencies’ unique requirements is nothing short of a challenge. But it’s the daily challenge and benefit he’s providing to TSG’s clients that keeps him engaged. “Accurately and efficiently filing tonnage reports and renewals is paramount to maintaining good regulatory compliance,” says Richard, “but not everyone has such a niche knowledgebase, nor does every company have the capacity to handle the volume of work during renewals season.”
