Philippe Kuenemann and his colleagues Samuel Poidevin and Vincent Bouguennec, have an informative day planned, focusing on the regulation of plant protection products in France.
Speakers at our conference will include Hans Mattaar (Pappas & Associates, Technical Director ECCA) who will discuss European Regulation and the impact of current and future regulations and guidelines.
Further, Claudio Mereu from Fieldfisher will speak on Article 43 and data protection, Nicolas Marquet from the Union des Entreprises pour la Protection des Jardins et des Espace Publics will highlight the French position on amenity products for professional and non-professional users, Xavier Langlet from the Ministry of Agriculture will discuss France’s position on the introduction of bio controls and TSG’s Oluwatobi Oni will speak on the science behind and future of biocontrol agents.
Eugenia Pommaret from the Union des Industries de la Protection des Plantes will talk about the REFIT situation and summarise the day, and TSG Managing Director Daryl Thomas will host our celebratory cocktail reception.
