US EPA issues important updates regarding 2025 pesticide maintenance fees and 2024 Establishment Reports

As 2024 comes to an end, we would like to remind you of important updates from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), regarding the Annual Maintenance fees for 2025 as well as information on the submission of Establishment Reports.
Maintenance fees
To remain compliant, maintenance fees must be paid on or before Wednesday January 15, 2025. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pesticide product registration. Maintenance fees for the Fiscal Year 2025 have increased to $4,875 per product. For more information on the updated Maintenance fees click here.
Establishment Reports
If you own or operate an active Pesticide-Producing and/or Device-Producing Establishment, your Establishment Reports are due by March 1, 2025. Failure to file a report may result in termination of your establishment and a financial penalty per violation. Details about EPA Establishment Reports can be found here.
