Meet the presenters
Steven Buchanan, Principal Chemistry & REACH Consultant, specializes in the compliance of general chemicals under REACH (EU and UK) and US TSCA. Prior to joining TSG, Steven worked as a scientific officer in the substance identity and data sharing unit at ECHA, where he was involved in the substance identity related aspects of all significant REACH and CLP processes. He has also worked at the Health & Safety Executive in the UK. Steven has a degree in Chemistry with Industrial Chemistry.
Manuela Petrisor, Regulatory Consultant, specializes in the compliance of a variety of antimicrobial products under FIFRA and general chemicals under US TSCA. Over the last 10 years, she has developed and executed successful regulatory strategies to ensure products are compliant with chemical regulations. Manuela’s technical and scientific background provides her with in-depth knowledge and understanding of product development lifecycles. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Romania.
Pete Stevenson, Senior Regulatory Consultant, specializes in ensuring compliance with industrial chemicals, animal feed, and pet food products at both national and state levels. In addition, he provides invaluable regulatory and registration support to clients involved in the antimicrobial, conventional, and biopesticide sectors. Pete adeptly guides clients through the complex regulatory landscape of the US EPA (including TSCA and Pesticides), FDA, and USDA. He has a BS and MS in Chemistry from Furman University in South Carolina.
