Date: 28 April 2022
Time: 14.00-15.30 BST
Location: Virtual
Join TSG Consulting's latest webinar on Enforcement of REACH, CLP, Biocides and PPP. Chaired by TSG Consulting's Richard Bishop and delivered by Richard, Mike Potts, and Katja Vom Hofe, chair of the ECHA Enforcement Forum, you will gain an insight into how chemical supply chain legislation is enforced in GB and EU and also where the enforcement authorities might be focusing their attention in the coming months.
Enforcement of REACH, Biocides, CLP and PPP is vital to ensure the integrity of these Regulations.
Indeed, the European Commission has set out plans for a zero tolerance approach to non-compliance as part of its Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability. National Enforcement Authorities are undertaking regular enforcement action to ensure duty holders are compliant with the legislation.
This webinar will provide an overview of the enforcement landscape in GB and across the EU: who will enforce the legislation, what are the penalties for non-compliance, how do the enforcing authorities undertake their interventions and where they are focusing their resources, now and in the future?
Reserve your place at our webinar to gain an insight into what to expect when you are subject to enforcement action and strategies to ensure that you remain compliant.
