HSE provides updated guidance on processes required under GB BPR

The UK's Competent Authority for biocides – Health and Safety Executive (HSE) – has recently updated its webpages on the processes required under GB Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), which came into force at 11.00pm on 31 December 2020.

HSE has also published several useful resources, helping companies to comply with the new regulation. These include:
