Brexit hub
On January 31, 2020 the United Kingdom formally ceased its membership of the European Union. A transitional period is now in place until the end of 2020 as longer-term trade arrangements are worked out.
Although the transition period retains existing provisions for the crop protection, biocide and chemical industries, this period is finite. Businesses should therefore take appropriate steps to develop robust compliance strategies now to ensure continued access to the UK and EU markets whatever the Brexit outcome.
Here on TSG's dedicated Brexit hub, you'll find news and resources to help you in your planning.
